1. Open the terminal and paste the following code
sudo gedit ~/.local/share/applications/xampp-control-panel.desktop
2. The text editor will open simply paste the following code to the text editor and save it.

Exec=gksudo python /opt/lampp/share/xampp-control-panel/xampp-control-panel.py
